We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Snibe. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for expanding our presence in the regional market and driving business growth through strategic sales and marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the assigned regional market, leveraging your expertise in sales and marketing to drive growth and increase market share.
- Product Training and Marketing: Develop and execute product training programs and marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness, build relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), and drive sales growth.
- Distributor Management: Work closely with assigned distributors to ensure alignment with our sales strategy and targets, providing support and guidance as needed to drive business success.
- Sales Forecasting: Analyze sales data and market trends to accurately forecast sales and growth opportunities in the local market, using sales tools and applications to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or above, with a major in medical, bio-medical, human science, or a related discipline.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years' working experience in sales, with experience in the Medical Device field preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills in English and Italian, with the ability to access public and private markets.
- Location: Based in Naples is preferred, but not required.
