Job Summary:

As we expand our Sales team in Italy, we are looking for a

Client Relations Coordinator (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities:

Support the sales process and customer service for both national and international existing clients in the testing, inspection, and certification (TIC) sector Independently manage customer inquiries, including proposal preparation and tracking of outstanding quotations until orders are received Accurately record and maintain comprehensive customer master data in the CRM system Assist in achieving company objectives and enhancing revenue Proactively promote CSA's range of services to existing clients in collaboration with the marketing team Participate in occasional client visits and trade shows, as well as client events

Our Expectations:

Completed commercial or technical vocational training, technical business management, or relevant studies in marketing/sales or a comparable field 1-5 years of relevant work experience preferred Familiarity with Salesforce and Workday is advantageous Knowledge of the testing and certification industry is a plus Excellent command of Italian and English (both written and spoken) Strong customer service skills, high service orientation, and effective communication abilities Attention to detail and capability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously Independent and results-driven work style
