We are seeking an experienced NPC Relations Coordinator to join our team at Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact between assigned National Paralympic Committees and our Organizing Committee's functional areas.

• Ensure integrated planning and key information communication in a timely and reliable manner.

• Guide assigned clients in their pre-Games and Games-time operations and issues resolution.

• Liaise with different functional areas on specific projects, including Service Level Agreements, NOC and NPC Chefs de Mission Seminars, and Accreditation programmes.

• Organise NPC pre-Games operational visits and Welcome Days with post-meeting report production.

• Create and manage operational documents, such as complex lists, tables, and trackers.

• Support the writing of policies, procedures, and other operational documents.

• Prepare progress reports as necessary.

Requirements:

We are looking for an individual with experience working in a dynamic, multi-cultural environment, preferably in the multi-sport international events industry.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
