Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Sports Relationship Manager to join our team in Milan, Italy. As a key support for the Rights team, you will play a crucial role in helping plan, brief and facilitate relationships between rights holders and all the company's stakeholders to drive brand awareness, fan engagement & loyalty through our Rights Holders.
About the Role
This is an internship based in our Milan office. Our Talent Acquisition team and some Hiring teams are based in the UK, so parts of the recruitment process will be in English. Please upload your resume in English as well.
In this role, you will assist the Rights Team with day-to-day requirements of our key accounts and priority partners, working with them to help activate and deliver best-in-class campaigns that maximize awareness, subscriptions and revenue for both DAZN and our partners.
You will proactively assist the team with creative briefing and approval process for requirements with partners and teams, assist in organizing, attending and reporting on key internal and external meetings, as well as planning sessions, workshops and events.
Your Responsibilities
- Assist the Rights Team with daily tasks and requirements of our key accounts and priority partners
- Work with partners to activate and deliver best-in-class campaigns
- Proactively assist with creative briefing and approval process
- Organize, attend and report on key internal and external meetings
- Plan, organize and participate in sessions, workshops and events
About You
To succeed in this role, you should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail and excellent communication skills. You should be confident in building processes and instructing the team on best practices, willing to communicate with stakeholders at all levels, and able to challenge where necessary.
