Our Role: Job Purpose:

Develop and maintain high-value relationships with energy and natural resource clients in Italy.

Main Responsibilities:

- Manage all aspects of the client portfolio, including credit risk management, KYC/reputational risk, client planning, and product origination.

- Work with product partners to identify, originate, and execute new products and services, focusing on trade finance, project finance, working capital solutions, cash management, and risk management solutions.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to establish client and sector appetite.

Key Skills:

  • 10+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of the energy field.
  • Excellent understanding of credit, compliance, and operational risks.
  • Ability to analyze audited financial statements and manage complex transactions.
  • Highly developed relationship-building and negotiation skills.

Benefits and Requirements:

The successful candidate will have a university degree and significant industry experience. Salary estimates range from $120,000 to over $250,000 based on seniority, location, and performance.
