About the Programme

ING's International Talent Programme is a comprehensive development programme designed for talented graduates who want to shape the future of banking. The programme provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Operations and Change, working on real-world projects and developing skills in programme management, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.

First Rotation: ING Scalability Programme

In the first rotation, you will contribute to the ING Scalability programme, focusing on digitizing and optimizing the COO area to support the bank's growth ambitions. You will work on specific initiatives and analyses, developing your analytical skills, programme management skills, and stakeholder management skills, while delivering impact for ING.

Second Rotation: Programme Support

In the second rotation, you will play a key supporting role in the programme, delivering customer analyses, designing processes, and managing sub-projects to ensure stakeholders deliver on new processes. You will also assist the programme director with various activities, gaining insight into running a complex programme in the ING ecosystem.

Third Rotation: Permanent Role

After two rotations, you will have a better understanding of your interests and career goals. You will choose your third rotation, which will be a permanent role in the COO field of your interest. This role will allow you to deepen your knowledge and network within the bank.

What We're Looking For

  • You have a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or Business Studies (with a strong quantitative profile).
  • Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • An innovative take on banking and an unconditional drive to turn your ideas into reality.
  • Enthusiasm and consideration for the interests of customers and colleagues.
  • Acting with integrity and responsibility.
  • Fluency in English and Italian; foreign candidates have an advanced knowledge of Italian (at least B2).
  • A maximum of 2 years of professional experience.
