We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Client Advisor to join our team at Luxury Goods Outlet S.r.l. as a Gucci Client Advisor. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth by communicating the philosophy and culture of the Gucci brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve customers with a high level of professionalism and knowledge of Gucci products and history.
  • Provide personalized service to meet the needs and expectations of our discerning clients.
  • Guarantee cross and up-selling for all product categories to drive sales growth.
  • Discuss fashion trends and luxury market developments with clients to build relationships and increase brand loyalty.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealing with diverse nationalities and personalities.
  • Ensure qualitative monitoring and updating of customer information to retain existing customers and identify new high-potential clients.
  • Contribute to achieving individual and store goals, enhancing and developing the business.
  • Foster open and constructive communication with team members, promoting a collaborative and effective work environment.
  • Maintain the visual display of products in accordance with Gucci visual standards.
  • Ensure store functional maintenance and appropriate product levels on the sales floor, in line with Corporate policies and procedures.
  • Ensure products replenishment and physical inventory of merchandise.
  • Adhere to Company grooming standards and policies.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role within fashion retail companies.
  • Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store results.
  • Deep passion for fashion and luxury.
  • Excellent commercial awareness and customer attitude.
  • High flexibility and ability to adapt to different customers.
  • Team-player mentality.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-moving and dynamic environment.
  • Luxury product knowledge.
  • Fluency in Italian and English.
