Position: Sales Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

The selected candidate will assist sales leadership in assessing sales performance against established objectives, identifying optimization opportunities, and measuring actual results against forecasts. This will involve utilizing various analytical tools to provide comprehensive insights and conducting additional analyses as required. The individual will also facilitate regular business activities, including Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews, along with other scheduled reporting and metrics.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic and possess the ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with internal teams while consistently meeting high performance standards.

This position is integral to the Sales Operations team and will deliver reporting and dashboards that support informed and strategic business decisions. You will develop scalable systems to enhance business and program operational processes. Strong oral and written communication skills are essential for analyzing data thoroughly and presenting findings in a clear and logical manner to ensure all stakeholders are kept informed. Additionally, you must be adept at building relationships and collaborating with finance, HR, sales operations, and other relevant parties to identify and resolve reporting challenges.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree preferred Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales Operations Proven experience in defining, refining, and implementing operational processes, procedures, and policies Strong financial, analytical, and communication skills Ability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving role Comfortable operating within a continuously expanding program or business line Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required (advanced Excel skills are essential) Experience working in a lean, fast-paced organization, with a commitment to owning and improving key operational processes Familiarity with third-party reporting platforms such as SalesForce Understanding and experience in a SaaS environment
