About the role:
We are currently seeking a motivated and innovative Purchasing Intern to join our esteemed hotel.
Responsibilities:
The intern will assist our Purchasing Team with various departmental activities. Specifically, the intern will engage in the following tasks:
- Assist the team in sourcing, negotiating, and procurement processes.
- Utilize and manage Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
- Conduct receiving and cost analysis through the purchasing platform.
- Provide operational support for the team's back-office functions.
Qualifications:
- A passion for delivering authentic guest experiences.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking both Italian and English.
