Key Responsibilities- Beneficiary Education and Enrollment: Provide education and enrollment services to beneficiaries, ensuring they understand their benefits and can access the care they need.
- Benefits Eligibility Verification: Verify beneficiary eligibility for TRICARE services and process enrollments, disenrollments, and portability transfers.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to beneficiaries, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with beneficiaries, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Data Management: Collect, process, and disseminate transfer information for active-duty and active-duty family member portability/disenrollment processes.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Minimum 4 years of specialized experience in a related field.
- Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Certifications: Must be eligible for and maintain ADP IT III / Non-Sensitive Position, Tier 1.
