Key Responsibilities- Build strong relationships with partner stores to understand their priorities and needs, and identify opportunities for reducing food waste and increasing sales.
- Handle daily operations to manage the network of 1000+ stores in your portfolio, continuously improving processes and reaching more impact.
- Monitor portfolio KPIs to ensure high retention rates, great customer experiences, and optimized meal savings.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Care team to optimize processes and achieve shared goals.
- Embodies the philosophy and tone of our brand, encouraging and inspiring partners towards more sustainable behavior.
- Experience in a customer-focused role, preferably in a B2B environment, with strong relationship management and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in Italian and comfort in English (spoken and written).
- Proficiency in CRM/Sales tools such as Salesforce and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Autonomy in work, with the ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Growth-minded, resourceful, and always full of ideas to implement new things.
- Previous experience or interest in the food industry.
- Passion for sustainability and social impact.
