We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Community Manager to join our team at Hines. As a Community Manager, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our residents and ensuring the success of our communities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise the organization of common spaces and services, including event planning and booking of facilities.
  • Assist with operational and commercial responsibilities for the residence, including budget management and rent collection.
  • Ensure a warm and welcoming environment for tenants and visitors, responding to queries and maintenance issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and maintain accurate records of maintenance requests and interventions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and contractors, ensuring excellent standards of service and quality control.
  • Collect and deliver parcels for tenants, providing exceptional customer service and support.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree in hospitality or equivalent experience required.
  • Three or more years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a strong background in leasing and tenancy management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to use initiative, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including shifts, and lift moderate weights (less than 10kg).
