Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Marketplace Development & Catalogue Management team. As a Marketplace Development Specialist, you will be responsible for working with top design brands to bring their products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with brand partners to ensure their products are showcased on our platform.
  • Contribute to the onboarding process, managing, and growing the performance of a group of brand partners.
  • Research product categories, assortment, and competitors to ensure our platform remains competitive.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including Graphic Designers, Marketing, Operations, and Tech, to ensure seamless integration and excellent service to partners.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Humanities, Business Administration, Economics, or Marketing.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with high attention to detail and a results-oriented approach.
  • Creativity, flexibility, and an entrepreneurial attitude.
  • Aesthetical sensibility and passion for e-commerce, luxury, and design products.
  • Fluency in Italian and English.
About the Role

This is a full-time position, working from Monday to Friday, from 9am to 6pm. The monthly compensation is 600€, and a ticket restaurant is provided according to the company policy.
