Position Overview

As a key member of the Samsung sales team, the Business Development Support Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting the Key Account Manager (KAM) and Product Account Manager (PAM) in sales planning and business control. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing actionable insights to guide their actions on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Collect and Organize data effectively from various sources, including sales reports and market research.
  2. Develop and maintain sales dashboards, creating new methods and strategies for assessing large amounts of data efficiently on a weekly basis.
  3. Collaborate with the Supply Chain and Marketing Teams to support daily operations and ensure seamless communication.
  4. Provide sales support for all daily activities, working closely with KAM/PAM to ensure alignment and efficiency.
  5. Administer sales operations, monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) on a weekly basis.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform business decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to create engaging and informative reports.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in written and spoken English.
