About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our technical teams at Feedzai, a leading RiskOps platform for financial risk management. As a key member of our Engineering organization, you will be responsible for driving the development of our products and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage and lead multiple teams of engineers, providing technical guidance and support to ensure successful project execution.
  2. Collaborate with Product Management and Data Science teams to develop and implement technical strategies that align with business objectives.
  3. Develop and maintain technical roadmaps, ensuring alignment with company goals and priorities.
  4. Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize technical projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  5. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers, promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
  6. Develop and implement processes and tools to improve engineering efficiency, quality, and productivity.
  7. Partner with recruiting teams to identify and attract top engineering talent, ensuring a strong pipeline of candidates.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of experience in team leadership and management, with a strong background in software development and technical project management.
  • 5+ years of experience in a platform or Dev-Ops/SRE team in a SaaS environment, supporting mission-critical services.
  • Proven track record of leading by example, taking risks, and going beyond expectations to drive business results.
  • Strong technical skills, with expertise in software development, architecture, and engineering practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to handle stakeholder expectations and push-back when necessary to ensure project success.
