Job Title: Credit Management Services Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Management Services Specialist to join our team in Rome. As a Credit Management Services Specialist, you will be responsible for providing support to our credit management team in various activities, including report generation, debt collection, and data entry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate reports on credit management activities
  • Manage debt collection via email and phone
  • Monitor and update invoices within the system
  • Verify exposures (monitoring timelines, situations, and planning work for competent offices)
  • Support in preparing documentation for meetings and managing related activities
  • Support the coordinator in back-office activities (reporting, email management, debt collection, data preparation, and conclusion preparation)
  • Enter and monitor data within the management system
  • Prepare data for internal and external audits (preparing and/or verifying necessary documentation, managing and controlling reporting, structuring responses)
  • Maintain and care for the archive

Requirements:

  • Hold a valid driving license (B)
  • Hold a degree or master's degree in economics or related fields
  • Have at least one year of experience in a similar role, preferably in banking, financial, or credit recovery institutions
  • Have excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent planning skills and ability to quickly re-plan work organization if needed
  • Ability to work under pressure while respecting timelines
  • Proactivity
  • Ability to work in a team and excellent communication skills

Offer Details:

  • Contract: Temporary employment contract from September 2024 to December 2024
  • Classification: CCNL Credito 3 Area 1 Level
  • Salary: €2,600 gross/month + 9% tax
  • Working Hours: Full-time 37 hours/week (Monday to Friday)
  • Workplace: Rome city center
