Main Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will report to the General Manager Europe and be responsible for all aspects of customer, operational, and financial performance of the sales company. This includes ensuring that planned targets for sales, profit, and margin growth are achieved in an inclusive and purpose-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full PL and Commercial Responsibility: The candidate will have full responsibility for the Italian market, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Project Management: The candidate will manage large innovative international company projects related to growing the business.
  • Customer Development: The candidate will continue to embed and drive the successful local implementation of key customers.
  • Business Planning: The candidate will develop and deliver comprehensive annual and long-term business plans for Italy overall and for each of the sub-business lines (OEM, Resellers, End Users, Services).
  • Leadership: The candidate will provide visionary leadership to drive innovation and growth, with strong strategic thinking competences and the ability to challenge the status quo.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with the ability to motivate and inspire their team, and collaborate across functions and cultures. They will be comfortable with strategic thinking, able to think creatively and laterally, and challenge the status quo. Their resilience will enable them to cope well with setbacks and pressure, and productively handle resistance.
