**Key Responsibilities**

As a Strategic Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Proactively managing extensive, strategic projects in cooperation with our board of directors, including M&A projects
  • Advising and supporting our subsidiaries in Development and Reorganisation projects
  • Providing Interim Management within our corporate group
  • Developing tools and methods for the digitalization of business processes

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Completed university studies, preferably in Economics
  • Several years of professional experience in management consulting or in comparable positions
  • A strong entrepreneurial mindset
  • Effective communication skills
  • Good organization skills and flexibility
  • A structured, independent, and self-reliant way of working
  • Very good knowledge of English, good Italian or German skills would be an advantage
