Job Description:

Senior Account Manager

Adecco Italia is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing accounts and various business departments. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing existing clients, providing support for new business initiatives, and working closely with the department manager to drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (graphic, innovation, production, and administration) to ensure excellent service and client satisfaction.
  • Project Presentation and Cost Estimation: Present various projects, estimate costs, and analyze commercial offers.
  • Market Trends and Competition: Monitor market trends and competition, identifying business opportunities and proposing new solutions to clients.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience as an account manager in the events/communication agency sector.
  • Communication and Negotiation Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Language Skills: Proficient in English (B2/C1 level).
  • Proactivity and Autonomy: Proactive and able to work independently, managing priorities effectively.
