Roles and Responsibilities

The Training Coordinator is tasked with overseeing and implementing educational programs for all operational pathways within the Fulfillment Center.

This role involves assessing and enhancing training methodologies to boost learning efficiency and productivity across various departments. The Training Coordinator plays a crucial role in advancing training initiatives and addressing the needs of the Fulfillment Center workforce.

Prerequisites:
Must be willing to work flexible schedules and shifts.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supervise Instructors and Peer Trainers during the onboarding of new employees.
  • Provide Instructor training, evaluation, and coaching in alignment with EU standards.
  • Maintain accurate training records through the designated console.
  • Ensure that training materials meet EU standards and foster a positive learning environment.
  • Analyze daily data to enhance the learning experience for new hires.
  • Offer constructive feedback to Instructors and Peer Trainers regarding their training delivery and the performance of new hire groups.
  • Ensure completion and tracking of all assessments and audits.
  • Organize and oversee cross-training assignments to meet peak skill demands.
  • Collaborate with operations to identify skill gaps for critical role training.
  • Assist operations in delivering essential role training.
  • Enhance processes by collecting feedback and analyzing data.
  • Support the recruitment of Instructors and Peer Trainers.
  • Attend necessary meetings and provide required information.
  • Partner with agency managers to improve new hire performance.
  • Contribute to EU-level projects with insights and improvements.

  • Proficient in delivering feedback, coaching, and training.

  • Intermediate English proficiency (fluent English is required in the UK).
  • Must be able to speak and write the local language accurately.
  • High level of confidentiality.
  • Previous instructor experience (for internal candidates).
  • Familiarity with processes (for internal candidates).
