Overview

As a pivotal member of our marketing team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales force to meet revenue objectives through tailored marketing strategies for our product line. Your expertise will ensure ongoing assistance to the Commercial Management team in both pre-sales and post-sales efforts, contributing to the overall success of the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the pre-sales planning for intricate projects.
  • Assist in the sales process by identifying the most effective technical solutions to present to clients, collaborating with various internal teams.
  • Conduct comprehensive product training sessions for field staff and Product Specialists.
  • Engage in promotional activities to enhance product visibility among customers.
  • Work closely with the Hemostasis Line Manager to gather market insights that inform product development and enhancements.
  • Participate in meetings with the sales team and Customer Service to elevate their understanding of our offerings.
  • Plan and execute scientific events sponsored by Werfen, including congresses and seminars, to bolster scientific knowledge and promote our solutions.
  • Actively engage in local scientific events to enhance the company's reputation and product awareness.
  • Maintain regular communication with the sales office to monitor ongoing tenders.
  • Organize training sessions for Product Specialists, Area Sales Managers, and Sales Specialists.
  • Gather competitive intelligence and market data to refine product positioning and market penetration strategies.

Networking and Key Relationships

Your role will involve establishing relationships based on departmental needs, including:

  • Internal: Sales, Customer Services, Tenders, Offers, Logistics, Communication, Finance, Quality Assurance, Administration, Human Resources.
  • External: Customers, Users, Suppliers, Opinion Leaders, Agencies.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Education: A University Degree in Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years in a similar role, ideally within the in vitro diagnostics or medical sectors.

Additional Knowledge

  • Understanding of the clinical significance of IVD tests.
  • Familiarity with the operational principles of diagnostic instruments for hemostasis.
  • Knowledge of good laboratory practices.
  • Proficiency in SAP and Office applications.
  • English language skills at B1/B2 level.
