Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Finance Specialist to join our Application Support Team within the global IT department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining SAP finance and controlling modules within our new ERP system, S/4.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and evaluate current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement solutions to complex business problems, leveraging your technical expertise and innovative thinking.
  • Configure system settings and options, and plan and execute unit, system, and integration testing to meet business requirements.
  • Provide training and knowledge transfer to ensure seamless adoption of new systems and processes.
  • Stimulate cross-functional changes and rationalize processes to ensure alignment with organizational standards and quality systems.
  • Ensure the security and integrity of our systems and data, adhering to best practices and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in management engineering or economics, with a focus on business processes.
  • At least 5 years of experience in IT, supporting business with SAP.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in SAP ERP implementation and support, particularly in finance and controlling modules.
  • Advanced proficiency in English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • SAP 4/HANA experience.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Self-motivated and proactive individual with ability to work independently.
