Position Overview
The primary aim of this position is to guide and mentor the daily operations of a team of Field Clinical Specialists, who are integral to the Commercial Organization. You will provide ongoing resources and education to ensure that team members possess current knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and product offerings. Additionally, you will play a vital role in assisting the division in meeting its annual sales objectives. This role may involve collaboration with training departments for onboarding and continuous education of new team members.
Key Responsibilities:
Physician Education: Facilitate training sessions for physicians on product usage and procedural techniques; Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager, EP National Sales Manager, and EDU EP Manager to design and implement training programs for medical professionals. Clinical Sales Support: Aid the sales team in providing in-lab services at hospitals; Introduce innovative technologies by supporting physicians during electrophysiology procedures to ensure successful outcomes; Advocate for Best Demonstrated Practices among healthcare providers and encourage their adoption. Clinical Expertise: Serve as a consultant for physicians by addressing medical, clinical, and technical inquiries; Recommend optimal clinical solutions aligned with product strategies; Oversee all clinical aspects of product assessments and clinical trials; Collaborate closely with Marketing to develop educational materials. Market Expansion: Assist the EP National Sales Manager and Marketing Manager in evaluating potential new accounts; Participate in joint visits with representatives and provide in-lab services at hospitals as needed; Present the advantages of solutions during hospital-level workshops. Sales Training: Support the development of procedure and product training initiatives for the Commercial Teams; Act as a liaison with regional and international training functions to maximize the effectiveness of the division's sales efforts; May conduct training for new hires and co-facilitate hospital workshops. Key Opinion Leader Engagement: As a vital member of the national sales team, maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and potential Centers of Excellence. Client Interaction: As the primary interface with clients and Customer Service, take responsibility for facilitating communication, sharing documentation, and addressing any complaints or issues, thereby demonstrating a strong commitment to quality in all interactions. Drive necessary actions to support and facilitate any field corrective measures related to your responsibilities.Qualifications:
Prior experience in the Electrophysiology/CRM sector. Residing in the designated region. Preferably possess experience in a leadership role. Excellent communication abilities. Capacity to comprehend and convey complex technical and clinical information. Proficient in both Italian and English; additional language skills are a plus. Ability to swiftly adapt to a dynamic market environment. Strong team player with collaborative skills, capable of building relationships and working across functions. Self-driven and able to influence others effectively. Flexible and adaptable, yet focused and determined. Willingness to travel extensively as required by the role.What We Offer:
