Position Overview

We are looking for an Image Project Management intern to join our innovative team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in overseeing various Image projects, including Campaigns, Content development, and Special initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (such as Media, Art Direction, Merchandising, and E-commerce) to facilitate effective communication and alignment.
  • Coordinate with external partners involved in projects (production firms, creative agencies, etc.).
  • Aid in the creation of timelines and monitor project schedules.
  • Track estimates and invoices, ensuring adherence to the approved budget.
  • Review briefs received from the Marketing team to confirm all necessary inputs are gathered.
  • Manage digital assets by organizing dedicated folders on Dropbox and servers.
  • Prepare reports for meetings and project summaries.

Candidate Profile

  • Currently pursuing studies in Business Management, Fashion & Luxury Brand Management, or a related field.
  • Demonstrates a proactive approach and strong team collaboration skills.
  • Possesses a solid understanding of content creation and post-production processes.
  • Exhibits attention to detail while maintaining a comprehensive view of projects.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Shows a keen interest in the fashion industry and related areas (Design, Arts, etc.).
  • Proficient in English.
