About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our service transformation efforts. As the Head of Service Excellence, you will be responsible for identifying and assessing opportunities for service improvement, translating strategic priorities into actionable plans, and developing and executing a transformation roadmap aligned with company strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of service improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize service improvement opportunities
  • Develop and manage budgets and resources to support service improvement initiatives
  • Lead change management strategies to ensure successful implementation of service improvements
  • Coach and develop team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to support service improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • Master Blackbelt or Blackbelt certification in Lean SixSigma or similar
  • Significant experience in working with Lean, SixSigma, OKR, DBS, or similar toolkits and management systems
  • Proven experience in driving and leading major changes and organizational transformations
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Fluent in English, German, or Italian
