Job Description

Armani Hotel Milan is seeking a highly skilled Spa Service Agent to join our team at Armani/SPA. As a key member of our spa team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests.

Main Responsibilities
  • Guest Experience: Ensure that every guest interaction exceeds their expectations, providing personalized attention and tailored services to meet their needs.
  • Facility Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the spa premises and equipment, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for guests and colleagues.
  • Sales and Promotions: Promote the sale of spa services and beauty products, working closely with colleagues to drive revenue growth and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to guest requests and resolving any issues or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Accounting and Administration: Manage spa bookings, accounting systems, and cash handling, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Stock Control: Maintain optimal stock levels, controlling costs and minimizing waste.
  • Security and Safety: Ensure that all security incidents, accidents, and near misses are reported and documented in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English and Italian.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar or related position, with a strong background in customer service and sales.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work calmly and confidently under pressure.
