Aligning the overall mission with the client's challenges and requirements Offering focused guidance and expertise to your team in structuring and resolving issues Overseeing the workload while mentoring team members to guarantee successful outcomes Conveying recommendations and sensitive information to senior-level client stakeholders

Additionally, you will cultivate relationships beyond project assignments and identify opportunities for future business development.

Required Qualifications

Candidates should possess:

A minimum of five years of experience in management consulting or relevant industry roles in strategy functions (an MBA is advantageous) Experience in strategy consulting across one or more of the following sectors: Energy & Utilities, TMT (Technology, Media, Telecom), Private Equity, Industrials, Travel & Transportation A proven track record of high performance and significant accomplishments in previous roles Extensive industry knowledge along with demonstrated leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities The capability to work collaboratively in a team setting as well as independently An entrepreneurial spirit to explore new opportunities and a willingness to take calculated risks in a professional environment Excellent communication skills in both Italian and English

Can showcase broad industry insight combined with strong business acumen Are adept at quickly grasping the client's situation to enhance the impact of our presence Possess the necessary leadership and persuasive skills to inspire your team and facilitate change in the client's context
