Job Summary

Praxi is seeking a highly skilled Brand Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for managing our brand portfolio with a focus on profitability and rotation.

Main Responsibilities

  • Analyze the competitive landscape and market trends to support business growth decisions.
  • Develop long-term innovation plans to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Design the future portfolio and manage a fast-paced innovation pipeline to ensure timely and effective product launches.
  • Define business cases to support innovation projects and ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Develop and implement a marketing plan that supports global brand growth and expansion.
  • Manage and monitor the marketing budget to ensure effective use of resources.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute branding and category projects.

Requirements

  • 4/5 years of experience in a similar role with a focus on brand management and product development.
  • Excellent knowledge of English and proficiency in the Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work in an international and dynamic environment with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
