Job Summary

The Digital Marketing Strategist is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with De'Longhi Appliances S.R.L.'s overall business objectives and communications plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and coordinate digital marketing strategies across various social platforms and markets
  • Review and optimize paid social strategies using data-driven approaches
  • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) for different platforms and channels, and analyze and monitor digital marketing performance
  • Prepare campaign reports and presentations for internal sharing and management
  • Design and execute activation plans across the influencer pyramid, funnel phases, and platforms
  • Research and engage with key influencers, creators, and reviewers
  • Identify and manage influencer seeding campaigns to support new product launches
  • Develop social-first campaign briefs
  • Run regular meetings with markets to guide on what to start, stop, or keep doing
  • Support local teams in implementing the central way of working and improving performances
  • Co-run A/B testing campaigns, optimize creative development, and share findings with key stakeholders
  • Update the digital marketing guidelines to accommodate the digital strategy and react quickly to insights and trends
  • Coordinate digital marketing partner agencies and suppliers by defining clear objectives and target KPIs
  • Collect metrics, results, and best cases to share among local digital teams and provide strategic recommendations
  • Create feedback loops and communication channels among social and other teams to ensure digital marketing opportunities, competitive strategies/campaigns, data, and learnings sharing

Requirements

  • Marketing, advertising, communications, or business background
  • Ability to assess and manage the impact of digital marketing projects on the business to quickly adjust and change plans
  • Minimum 3-4 years of proven experience in a digital marketing strategy role
  • Experience/excited to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Strong interest and awareness of new and emerging digital marketing trends and tools
  • Advanced knowledge of social media platforms
  • Basic/Medium background in social advertising (META, TikTok)
  • Medium background in Influencer Marketing
  • Flexible and adaptable with excellent time management
  • Self-starter, well-organized
  • Creative and innovative, excellent problem solver
  • Team player
  • Self-motivated
  • Demonstrate accountability and credibility
  • Fluent in English
