Join us and be part of a company that’s reshaping the way businesses work.As our Partnership Sales Enablement, you’ll be the driving force behind expanding our network — and the very first to open and develop our presence in Italy. This is a unique opportunity to combine business development, relationship-building, and strategic thinking in one dynamic role.You'll be the first point of contact for our global network of partners, playing a key role in building relationships. Make use of your hunting, analytical and negotiation skills to build positive relations and increase our partner network. Your mission? To grow our partnership ecosystem by identifying, connecting with, and recruiting new IT partners who share our vision for innovation and collaboration.But this role goes far beyond sales. It’s about creating genuine value — for both partners and clients. You’ll help our partners unlock new opportunities, strengthen their offerings, and bring cutting‑edge solutions to markets around the world.ResponsibilitiesEngage with resellers, system integrators, ERP integrators and digital consultancies that are interested to adopt Odoo’s technology in their solutions portfolioIncrease Odoo presence worldwide by finding and convincing the right IT providers to collaborate with us, sell and implement OdooInitiate contact and qualify potential partners: understand their business, capabilities, values and processes to make sure it matches with our business modelUnderstand the target market by developing and sharing new ideas on how to effectively grow Odoo's partner networkShow the product by providing personalized demonstration of OdooQuote and negotiate conditions for collaborationRequirementsPrevious experience in sales/ sales partnership: 2-5 years of experienceFluent in Italian (C2) and English (C1)Knowledge of sales techniques and tools for building a strong pipelineExcellent interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and long‑term relationships with clientsStrong negotiation skills to close deals successfully while maintaining a positive experienceBusiness hunting skillsNice to haveAbility to work in a dynamic, fast‑paced and challenging environmentPositive attitude and solution orientedEntrepreneur mindset and not afraid to take appropriate initiativesPassion for ITWhat's great about this job?Expand your global network and connect with leading innovators in the IT industry.
