Role and impactAs ourPartnership Sales Enablement , you’ll be the driving force behind expanding our network — and the very first to open and develop our presence inItaly . This is a unique opportunity to combine business development, relationship-building, and strategic thinking in one dynamic role. You’ll be thefirst point of contactfor our global network of partners, playing a key role in building relationships. Make use of your hunting, analytical and negotiation skillsto build positive relations and increase our partner network. Your mission? To grow our partnership ecosystem by identifying, connecting with, and recruiting new IT partners who share our vision for innovation and collaboration. But this role goes far beyond sales. It’s aboutcreating genuine value— for both partners and clients. You’ll help our partners unlock new opportunities, strengthen their offerings, and bring cutting-edge solutions to markets around the world. ResponsibilitiesEngage with resellers, system integrators, ERP integrators and digital consultanciesthat are interested to adopt Odoo’s technology in their solutions portfolio Increase Odoo presence worldwideby finding and convincing the right IT providers to collaborate with us, sell and implement Odoo Initiate contact and qualify potential partners : understand their business, capabilities, values and processes to make sure it matches with our business model Understand the target marketby developing and sharing new ideas on how to effectively grow Odoo's partner network Show the productby providing personalized demonstration of Odoo Quote and negotiate conditionsfor collaboration Qualifications2-5 years of experience Fluent inItalian (C2)andEnglish (C1) Knowledge of sales techniquesand tools for building a strong pipeline Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsto build trust and long-term relationships with clients Strong negotiation skillsto close deals successfully while maintaining a positive experience Business hunting skills Why join usExpand your global networkand connect with leading innovators in the IT industry.
