You will act as a strategic coach tasked with maximizing the customer lifecycle and value rather than just a manager.Key ResponsibilitiesAs the Sales Upsell Leader, you will be primarily responsible for:Leading and motivating a team of Customer Expansion Specialists, ensuring high performance and a quality commercial approachDefining the upsell strategy across various client segments, optimizing processes and minimizing churnPromoting a consultative sales model, helping doctors understand the value of the proposed solutions and how they can impact their businessAnalyzing portfolio data, identifying growth opportunities and areas for improvementWorking closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to create effective campaigns, initiatives, and materialsMonitoring weekly and monthly KPIs, ensuring accurate forecastingWe are looking for3–5 years of experience in sales/customer expansion roles (upselling, inside sales,
