We value diversity, innovation, and collaboration in our workplace.About the Role The Business Development Executive/Manager (German Expert) will play a crucial role in managing and expanding our client relationships in Germany and Italy. This position requires a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities and implementing effective sales strategies.Responsibilities Manage and grow relationships with German clients (existing and prospective) and selected Italy clients Develop and implement effective sales strategies Identify new business opportunities by researching industry prospects and introducing targeted solutions Maintain and provide accurate sales forecasts and pipelines Achieve assigned targets for sales revenue, prospecting activity, and pipeline quality Manage workload by setting goals, prioritizing tasks, and evaluating results to ensure successQualifications Graduation requiredRequired Skills Fluent in German and English Working knowledge of tools used in the translation/localization industryPreferred Skills Experience in business development, administration, management, or sales (Fresher-2 years)Pay range and compensation package Compensation details will be discussed during the interview process.Equal Opportunity Statement We are an equal opportunity employer and are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
