Role Overview:We are seeking experienced Business Development professionals to drive growth across European markets. The role focuses on selling critical consumables to Bio Pharma and Life Sciences companies within the assigned geography.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive sales and business development activities in the assigned European market (Italy / UK / France).Build and manage strong relationships with Bio Pharma manufacturers, CDMOs, and key stakeholders.Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and close high-value deals.Develop and execute country-specific sales strategies aligned with business goals. • Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to negotiation and closure.Collaborate with internal teams (technical, marketing, supply chain) to ensure customer success.Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs within the region. Key Requirements8–10+ years of proven experience in selling critical consumables like membranes, filters to Bio Pharma / Life Sciences companies.Strong understanding of Bio Pharma manufacturing environments and procurement processes.Established network within the Bio Pharma ecosystem in the respective country
