We value diversity, innovation, and collaboration in our workplace.About the RoleThe Business Development Executive / Manager (German Expert) will play a crucial role in managing and expanding our client relationships in Germany and Italy. This position requires a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities and implementing effective sales strategies.ResponsibilitiesManage and grow relationships with German clients (existing and prospective) and selected Italy clientsDevelop and implement effective sales strategiesIdentify new business opportunities by researching industry prospects and introducing targeted solutionsMaintain and provide accurate sales forecasts and pipelinesAchieve assigned targets for sales revenue, prospecting activity, and pipeline qualityManage workload by setting goals, prioritizing tasks, and evaluating results to ensure successQualificationsGraduation requiredRequired SkillsFluent in German and EnglishWorking knowledge of tools used in the translation / localization industryPreferred SkillsExperience in business development, administration, management, or sales (Fresher-2 years)Pay range and compensation packageCompensation details will be discussed during the interview process.Equal Opportunity StatementWe are an equal opportunity employer and are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
