Attraverso tecnologia all’avanguardia, colleghiamo acquirenti e venditori, trasformando l’esperienza di trading auto in tutta Europa.ResponsabilitàGestire e guidare il team di Inside Sales dedicato al mercato B2C.Supervisione delle prestazioni del team, monitoraggio di KPI chiave come chiamate outbound/inbound.Strutturare un’organizzazione efficace per chiamate outbound, definire intervalli di follow-up lead e assicurare processi efficaci.Monitorare KPI esistenti, identificare nuovi metriche di successo e garantire il raggiungimento degli obiettivi definiti.Analizzare dati per identificare tendenze, migliorare processi e implementare azioni correttive mirate.Fornire feedback continuo e coaching per migliorare le competenze del team leader e degli inside sales.Collaborare con altri dipartimenti per garantire workflow efficienti allineati agli obiettivi strategici.Creare report strutturati per presentare risultati di vendita e iniziative di miglioramento.RequisitiAlmeno 5 anni di esperienza in ruoli di gestione vendite, preferibilmente in telefonia o ambienti simili.Competenze di leadership: comprovata capacità di guidare e motivare team di Team Leader e rappresentanti di vendita.Approccio data‑driven: eccellente capacità di analisi dati, identificazione di opportunità e decisioni informate.Conoscenza KPI: esperienza nella definizione, monitoraggio e ottimizzazione degli indicatori di performance.Eccellenti capacità comunicative, con capacità di influenzare stakeholder interni ed esterni.Lingue: fluente in italiano e buona conoscenza dell’inglese.What We OfferOpportunità di lavorare in un’azienda leader del settore usato.Ambiente dinamico, innovativo e orientato alla crescita.Opportunità di crescita professionale e formazione continua.Pacchetto di compensi competitivo, incluso bonus basato sulle performance.Informazioni aggiuntiveUbicazione: sede centrale di AUTO1 Italia, Via Perin del Vaga 2, Milano.
