HR Strategic Planning Manager at PRAXIMissionThe role ensures organizational development and workforce & labour cost planning through advanced HR analysis, adopting a strategic planning and forecasting approach to align workforce actions with business needs.Main activitiesWorkforce and headcount planning aligned with strategic and business priorities;Development of HR plans and labour cost forecasts linked to economic and financial indicators;Scenario analysis, sensitivity assessments and evaluation of organizational impacts;Assessment of tools supporting workforce planning (union agreements, mobility schemes, rightsizing measures);Monitoring plan progress and defining corrective actions;Production of advanced reporting on workforce trends, labour costs and organizational dynamics;Definition of metrics and reference parameters for personnel budgeting and planning;Management of relationships with internal international stakeholders.RequirementsMust haveSolid experience in workforce planning, labour cost management and strategic planning, gained in complex organizations or consulting environments;Fluent English knowledge;Proven and successful experience in People Management;Strong analytical capabilities and ability to integrate HR data with financial and economic indicators.Nice to havePrevious experience in Finance / Planning & Control / Strategic Planning;Knowledge of reporting, control, budgeting & forecasting techniques;Mastery of workforce planning models;Skills in statistical analysis and sensitivity / What-If analysis;Familiarity with rightsizing processes and union agreement management;Ability to interact effectively with international stakeholders in complex contexts;Degree in Economics or Management Engineering.Ticket Restaurants;Actual chance of further managerial development.Compensation PackagePermanent contract, Managerial level;Specific compensation parameters will be assessed with flexibility, taking into
