Palazzo Parigi Hotel & Grand SPA, Struttura 5 stelle Lusso nel cuore di Milano, è alla ricerca di una figura di Guest Service Agent da inserire all’interno del proprio staff. La figura ricercata si occuperà delle seguenti attività: Gestione dei processi di check-in e check-out;Rooming dei clienti;Gestione delle operazioni di cassa e delle attività amministrative;Collaborazione con i reparti interessati allo scopo di garantire la piena soddisfazione dei clienti;Effettuazione delle operazioni nel rispetto degli standard qualitativi LQA. Il/la candidato/a ideale è in possesso delle seguenti caratteristiche: Pregressa esperienza di almeno 2 anni nel medesimo ruolo ed in contesti similari;Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese; la conoscenza di una seconda lingua straniera costituirà un plus;Conoscenza molto buona degli Standard LQA;Spiccato orientamento al cliente;Predisposizione al raggiungimento degli obiettivi qualitativi e quantitativi;Ottima conoscenza del gestionale Opera. Completano il profilo: precisione, flessibilità (anche in termini di orario, in quanto si lavorerà su turni anche notturni), attitudine al problem solving ed una naturale predisposizione ai rapporti interpersonali.Residenza e/o domicilio in loco o in zone limitrofe costituiranno titolo preferenziale.Cosa offriamo: Iniziale contratto a tempo determinato C.C.N.L Settore Turismo; Mensa interna; Opportunità di carriera; Sconti esclusivi sulle tariffe nel circuito Leading Hotels of the World (LHW).
