If you thrive on building meaningful partnerships, opening new doors, and driving market success across borders, this role offers the perfect blend of strategy, impact, and international reach.About the RoleAs our Growth & Partnerships Manager, you will shape and execute our European go-to-market strategy, identifying new opportunities, establishing distributor networks, and forming long-term commercial relationships. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to accelerate our presence across Europe and lay the foundation for sustainable, scalable growth.What You’ll DoDevelop and execute successfulgo-to-market strategiesacross multiple European markets within medtech (Imaging is a massive bonus).Identify, negotiate, and onboard strongdistributor and channel partners.Build and nurture long-lasting relationships with stakeholders, key accounts, and strategic partners.Drive commercial expansion through tight collaboration with sales, product, and leadership teams.Represent the company at key events, conferences, and partner meetings across Europe.Act as the key point of contact for partners, ensuring alignment, performance, and shared success.Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity, bringing insights and recommendations to the team.What We’re Looking ForProven track record inEuropean go-to-market execution,ideally across multiple countries.Experience establishing and managingdistributors, channel partners, or regional partnerships.Natural relationship-builder with a personable, energetic approach and the ability to open even the toughest doors.Someone who communicates effortlessly and builds trust fast.Fluency inEnglishplus at leastone other European language(French, German, Spanish, Italian, or similar).Comfortable withregular European travel.Self-starter who works proactively, thinks commercially, and thrives in fast-growing environments.What We OfferA central role in driving European growth for an ambitious company.High autonomy and room to influence strategy from day one.A collaborative, international environment with plenty of cross-functional support.Exciting opportunities for travel and relationship-building across Europe.Competitive salary, performance incentives, and long-term development opportunities. £70K-£80K Base Salary range with incentives on top £95K - £100K earning potential
