You will be focused on designing software and platforms that meet users needs. Some responsibilities:Collaborate with the client and the main stakeholders to define business requirements and features;Facilitate the clients product vision;Design and deliver user flows, wireframes and prototypes;Collaborate with Developers and UI designers to implement the best UX solutions;Conduct usability testing, analyze user feedback and iterate to enhance the user experience.What we need from you: Operational experience of at least 3/4 years in projects focused on User Experience;Previous experiences and references in design or analysis of sites and digital, web and mobile products;Excellent knowledge of the topics of user-centered design, design thinking, user research and usability, heuristic analysis, interaction design, information architecture, content strategy and prototyping and user testing;Excellent experience in using UX design Best practices to design solutions;Excellent knowledge of the Mobile User Experience: knowledge of design and interaction patterns and their declination on the various Os;Excellent problem solving skills;Good knowledge of the main UX tools (Axure, Balsamiq, Figma, Sketch, Invision; Photoshop, Adobe, etc);What you didnt know about the team Even if we work very hard on our projects, we always find time for training.We are committed in taking care of our devs technical skills through certified courses, innovation labs and constant access to training tools.We also find the time to chill out together, playing entertaining games, cooking together or just having a drink in good company.Health insurancePossibility of flexible working hours and smart workingHow to apply: You can apply via LinkedIn or send your cv to #J-18808-Ljbffr
