GOVERNANTE RESPONSABILE HOUSE KEEPING

Il Centro Vacanze Villaggio San Francesco, struttura ricettiva cinque stelle sita nel comune di Caorle (VE) cerca una figura da inserire nel proprio staff con il ruolo di Governante Responsabile Housekeeping.La risorsa risponderà alla Direzione del Villaggio e si occuperà di :Coordinare e controllare il personale addetto al reparto lavanderia del villaggio;Coordinare e controllare le operazioni interne di lavaggio / stiratura / ricovero della biancheria;Gestire le consegne e il ritiro dei materiali dati alle lavanderie esterne al villaggio;Coordinare le agenzie di pulizia esterne al villaggio per una gestione ottimale delle pulizie delle unità abitative e dei servizi igienici;Supervisionare al reparto di controllo qualità delle pulizie;Gestire, in collaborazione con gli uffici, le liste relative ai programmi degli arrivi / partenze / cambi;Gestire le assistenze alla clientela in caso di richieste extra e urgenze;Verificare e gestire gli approvvigionamenti dei materiali e dei prodotti utili alla gestione del reparto housekeeping. Requisiti richiesti :esperienza pregressa nella medesima mansione di almeno tre anni in villaggi turistici o strutture similari;ottime capacità organizzative, leadership e di problem solving;conoscenza della lingua italiana e sufficiente conoscenza della lingua inglese;uso fluido dello smartphone e del computer per la gestione operativa;orientamento all’ospite;predisposizione al lavoro di squadra. Sede di lavoro : Caorle (Venezia)Contratto di lavoro: Contratto a tempo determinato con obbiettivo di inserimento a tempo indeterminato.Orario di lavoro : Full Time, 40 ore settimanali.Nel periodo di apertura del villaggio i turni saranno organizzati 6 giorni su 7 e si chiede la disponibilità a lavorare nel weekend e in giorni festiviCCNL Turismo Industria con riconoscimento di tredicesima e quattordicesima mensilità;Possibilità di crescita professionale anche attraverso corsi di formazione.#J-18808-Ljbffr
