Join to apply for the Sales Specialist role at 3M As an Sales Market Specialist for Utilities and Construction market segments at Personal Safety Division Italy, you will make an impact by developing PSD (Personal Safety Division) business in all product portfolios with focus in PPE and specifically in Respiratory Protection, Fall Protection, Communications and in Utilities, Construction segments. Responsibilities Managing directly prioritized Accounts in the Utilities, Construction market Segments. Monitoring and tracking main projects and opportunities for the assigned product portfolios and market segments. Support of the specialized channel partners working in collaboration with internal functions and organizations (Application Engineers, Marketing, Pricing team, Regulatory etc.). Working in collaboration with local PSD Demand Generation sales team and AE team to identify and develop sales projects and opportunities. Manage a network of Service Centres throughout the country to ensure all pre- and after-sales services required to commercialize assigned products. Following sales and marketing programs with timely and effective use of CRM tools Delivering customer / market focuses on technical training and developing and leveraging inspirational e-Media resources. Leveraging your knowledge to position 3M as the thought leader within the PPE industry and within supported markets. Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who meet following minimum requirements Minimum 2 years of sales in B2B or equivalent market knowledge Education: technical background Ability to work effectively in international and cross-functional organization Available to spend most of the time visiting customer Negotiation and communication skill Fluent English Knowledge and attitude to the use of CRM system Additional knowledge / Nice-to-have skills / Preferred qualifications Specific Knowledge of assigned Product Portfolio Occupational Health Market (Personal Protective Equipment) knowledge Job specifications This position is preferably based in Mi May include up to 70% regular travel across Italy to visit customers, distribution partners Seniority level Associate Employment type Full-time Job function Construction and Utilities #J-18808-Ljbffr
