The Clinical Education Manager Ultrasonics & Consumables is part of the Clinical Education Team. Reporting to the Head of Training & Clinical Education, He/She is responsible for: Leading the Clinical Education & Marketing strategy for Acteon Ultrasonics & Consumables solutions in line with downstream Marketing, with R&D, Regions to switch from technical argumentation to clinical argumentation, and increasing overall awareness and confidence on Acteon’s ultrasonics & consumable solutions (including instruments). Understand clinical trends Develop Sales & Dealers training curriculum globally Deploy Acteon’ Academy Worldwide KOL Management Develop a strategy to be present with key Universities Clinical value proposition & clinical tools Marketing events (user clubs, conferences, webinars, Acteon Academy) Literature review & analysis Market awareness Be aware of latest clinical use evolution and advanced use of our Ultrasonics systems and key consumables Work with regional marketing to identify best practices from key sites in the regions Clinical Education & Training Develop External clinical education programs and work with key regions to help them deploying the programs (Acteon Academy, webinars) Develop Internal clinical education programs & curriculum and deploy it, empowering “Clinical sales specialist” in each region Create and Animate the network of “Acteon Ultrasonics Specialists experts” and “Equipment & consumable managers” in key regions to strengthen Acteon’ position and brand in Ultrasonics Share best practices Develop common strategy Develop new tools Define events to implement to increase Acteon brand Support Acteon’ Equipment & Consumables Specialists experts and Equipment & Consumables product managers to develop and deploy sales tools and training to improve Ultrasonics sales rep expertise. Monitor all training activities to ensure consistency within Acteon KOL/Clinical reference sites activities Drive the strategy to define and manage KOLs (influence to publish/present at events), at global level – Help Regions to map clearly Regional & Local KOL (managed at their level) Identify new Global KOLs (including Digital Opinion leaders and Young Opinion Leaders) to work with Downstream marketing projects. Build a KOL group to input in marketing strategies and animate this community. Develop and maintain key clinical reference sites list + contracts with Reference sites for marketing activities with regions. Universities Define a global strategy to determine the key Universities we should focus on in each region to strengthen Acteon position in Ultrasonic & Consumables Work with regional Marketing & General Managers to define actions plans with key targeted universities Marketing activities Build value propositions, stories, tools, events and engage dentists, hygienists, patients, providers, in cooperation with downstream marketing teams Drive global clinical marketing strategy for Ultrasonics & Consumables, in collaboration with regional product specialists Marketing tools development: Create slides as proof points based on published clinical/technical evidence Strategy, content and support to target marketing message to dentists and hygienists Drive shift from technical to the right clinical message targeted to dentists and hygienists Clinical Proof points: Work with marketing teams (corporate & local) to ensure all regions have the right set of clinical proof points / studies and know how to present them. Work with Corporate Marketing & Social media teams to ensure Acteon is communicating on social media through clinical argumentations. Steer product positioning and messaging based on clinical input. Participate to the strategy for global congresses presence. Report out on key trends from conferences Promote speakers using our technologies / Input to symposium organization. Input to product development Define content and organize targeted dentist users meeting in collaboration with Ultrasonic & consumables Product Managers Give inputs to Ultrasonic product Managers to ensure Acteon innovation roadmap answers to customer’s needs. KEY REQUIREMENTS Education and Experience: Minimum of a bachelor’s degree. Dental professional or medical related qualification would be a bonus. 5+ years of sales experience and/or education management Experience as a dental professional or good clinical knowledge of associated dental procedure. Key Required Skills, Knowledge and Capabilities: Team-oriented. Actively collaborates with key stakeholders (Sales teams, Customer Care teams, Marketing teams, KOLs, etc) to achieve goals Flexible and able to adapt to a changing environment Excellent communication and presentation skills in English. Other languages a plus Understanding and experience with state-of-the-art educational media Desire to interact and cultivate relationships with KOLs and stakeholders Good organizational skills Good project management skills Ability to define and articulate a vision and goals for the area of responsibility, as well as an operative plan to achieve the goals Willingness to travel moderately Ability to work in a matrix organization Good knowledge of MS Office
