Per importante cliente del settore ferroviario, Manpower ricerca un / a : BID MANAGER La risorsa sarà inserita presso la sede di Pistoia e si occuperà della gestione completa delle gare e delle offerte commerciali e tecniche , coordinando team interfunzionali e garantendo la conformità dei documenti alle procedure aziendali e ai requisiti del cliente. Attività principali Coordinare i team di offerta e collaborare con il Sales Manager nella preparazione delle gare. Gestire la redazione delle proposte tecniche ed economiche e il relativo processo di approvazione interna. Analizzare rischi, costi e tempistiche, assicurando la qualità della documentazione e la consegna nei tempi stabiliti. Garantire il passaggio operativo al team di Project Management in caso di aggiudicazione. Sede di lavoro : Pistoia (PT) Requisiti Laurea in Ingegneria, Economia o discipline affini. Esperienza consolidata nella gestione di gare complesse e nella preparazione di offerte tecniche e commerciali, preferibilmente nel settore ferroviario o industriale. Ottima conoscenza del tedesco (obbligatoria) e buona padronanza di inglese e italiano. Competenze in analisi economica, gestione del rischio e negoziazione. Capacità di lavorare sotto pressione e gestire scadenze strette. Ottimo uso del pacchetto Office, in particolare Excel e PowerPoint. #J-18808-Ljbffr
