MissionYou will be in charge of generating sales in our Boutique Milan and you may also be assigned to mission/s anywhere in Italy, or in the world.Main Responsibilities:SALES ACTIVITIES IN THE BOUTIQUESustain and further develop Chopard’s sales in the Boutique.Exceed individual monthly targets set by the Boutique Manager.Proactively work on developing HJ sales.MAINTAIN ALL ASPECTS OF BOUTIQUE OPERATIONSHelp towards daily / weekly activities of the Boutiques.General administrative work.Stock checks.Completing of sales stats forms and daily sales sheets.Display activities / Window dressingOpening / closures.Insurance requirements checks / attention to Boutique security.CUSTOMER SERVICE / AFTER-SALESBooking in of repairs.Estimates approvals.Follow-up with clientsClosing of repairsCRM ACTIVITIES (SALESFORCE)Use of CRM tool (Salesforce)Client management: data qualityCampaigns / opportunities creationsCLIENT PORTFOLIO DEVELOPMENTProactively act to develop the portfolioParticipate in Chopard events when askedBe ready to fulfil specific missions which can be outside the BoutiqueDevelop relationships with Italian Chopard Boutiques team membersAct as ambassador for the brandVIP clients managementYou may be required to undertake other duties from time to time as we may reasonablyrequire.Whilst you will be part of a team and responsible for daily tasks, part of your mission will be todevelop our customer database.
