Ricerchiamo per la nostra sede di Milano una risorsa per l' Ufficio Commerciale che si occupi dell'analisi e dello studio della documentazione tecnica ed economica di gare d'appalto, prevalentemente private, supportano la redazione e preparazione delle offerte. In particolare, la risorsa dovrà occuparsi delle seguenti attività:lettura e comprensione dei documenti di gara, al fine di inquadrare le caratteristiche del servizio richiesto; verifica delle condizioni di partecipazione alle gare e analisi tecnico economiche delle richieste nonché dei brief di progetto forniti dal Cliente; svolgimento di analisi delle specifiche tecniche, degli standard qualitativi, di quantità, tempi e costi richiesti per la specifica offerta; stesura delle offerte tecniche e supporto alla compilazione delle proposte economiche; gestione dei partner tecnici e dei subappaltatori in fase di offerta; rispetto dei tempi di scadenza per la presentazione delle offerte garantire i flussi informativi per l'iter di approvazione previsto dalla procedura aziendale di riferimento per la partecipazione a gare e la presentazione di offerte, nel rispetto dei tempi e dei modi in essa definiti individuare varianti e soluzioni innovative finalizzate alla competitività dell'offerta. Si richiedono:Laurea in Architettura/Ingegneria pregressa esperienza di almeno due anni all'interno di un Ufficio Gare strutturato (in alternativa in progettazione o direzione lavori) ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese parlata e scritta Buona conoscenza pacchetto office (con particolare riferimento a Word ed Excel) Buona conoscenza di Revit e CAD Buone capacità di relazione e comunicazione, attitudine al lavoro in team, problem solving La pregressa esperienza nell'ambito di studi di architettura e ingegneria sarà considerata requisito preferenziale.
