CHI SIAMO EXA MP è un General Contractor leader nel mercato internazionale, con un'esperienza unica nel settore della costruzione, ristrutturazione, allestimento e decorazione d’interni di negozi, hotel e residenze di lusso.Il nostro gruppo multinazionale, diversificato e inclusivo, è guidato da un'etica lavorativa comune fatta di mentalità e competenze orientate alla flessibilità, alla resilienza, a un alto grado di organizzazione, e ad un livello artigianale di attenzione al dettaglio.IL TUO RUOLO La risorsa, inserita all’interno dell’ufficio acquisti risponderà direttamente al responsabile di funzione e lo supporterà nello svolgimento delle attività di acquisti e procurement per i cantieri basati su Milano.Si occuperà inoltre di fornire supporto tecnico nelle problematiche quotidiane che i colleghi riscontreranno nella gestione delle commesse e dei cantieri.ATTIVITA' In dettaglio, dovrà:Gestire la parte ordini/acquisti verso sub con predisposizione alla negoziazioneGestire le attività commerciali/amministrative dei fornitori risolvendo le problematiche annesseGestire gli approvvigionamenti e la logistica del cantiereAnalizzare le specifiche tecniche e predisporre il planning degli approvvigionamentiRicercare e qualificare nuovi fornitoriCONOSCENZE ED ESPERIENZEEsperienza di minimo 2 anni, maturata in ambito analogo presso realtà che operano in ambito edile o di General Contracting, per il Retail, Lusso, HotellerieDiploma Tecnico o Formazione universitaria in architettura o in materie ingegneristiche meglio se relative all’ambito edileConoscenza dei materiali e dei processi tipici del businessOttima conoscenza della lingua inglese parlata e scrittaOttima conoscenza pacchetto OfficeCOMPETENZEPropensione al lavoro di teamOrientamento ai risultati e alla qualitàCapacità di lavorare in autonomia e di lavorare sotto stressOFFERTA Offriamo contratto a tempo indeterminato (RAL tra 32 e 48 k) oppure collaborazione a p.iva.EXA MP è un datore di lavoro che si impegna a garantire diversità, inclusione e un ambiente di lavoro privo di discriminazioni e molestie.
