ROLE OVERVIEW:As a key player in ATS Italy, you’ll take charge of driving growth for Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and Manufacturing Operation Management (MOM) solutions. Following a handover period with the Italian Division Manager, you’ll become the primary point of contact for prestigious international clients in MES/MOM projects.Your Responsibilities:- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to expand our solutions portfolio.- Analyze market opportunities and assess customer value to strategically grow the business.- Develop and execute a comprehensive Business Development plan.- Deliver quarterly sales activity reports and ensure seamless bid management aligned with client expectations.- Stay updated on the latest functionality of assigned solutions and monitor market trends, competitive activities, and promotional opportunities.- Maintain and optimize the company’s CRM database to support effective planning and communication.What You Bring:We’re looking for an ambitious and proactive professional who thrives in a dynamic, multinational environment.- Proven experience in automation, IT technology, MES, or MOM solutions.- Strong communication skills in both Italian and English (essential).- Results-driven, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.- A passion for manufacturing, IT, and automation is a strong advantage.- Willingness to travel (a valid driving license is essential).Who We Are:ATS is the independent solution provider for Industrial & Process Automation, IT, and Quality worldwide.
