Overview Customer Performance Manager – EU Wholesale (Italy) at Cox Automotive Europe. Field-based role in Italy within the Cox Automotive Europe team, focusing on shaping the future of wholesale remarketing and delivering measurable value to OEMs, fleets, and dealers through our EU Wholesale suite of products and services. Location: Field-Based (Italy) • Part of Cox Automotive Europe What You’ll Do Act as a trusted advisor to automotive customers, aligning our solutions with their business objectives. Coach clients on best remarketing practices , guiding them to optimise wholesale performance. Deliver insights and performance reports , using data to inform decisions and improve ROI. Support onboarding and implementation , ensuring smooth adoption of new features. Collaborate with internal teams and share best practices across regions. Proactively manage accounts to drive retention and growth . What We’re Looking For 5+ years’ experience in European remarketing/wholesale (e.g., Used Car Manager). Understanding of retail market influences on wholesale . Experience with inventory management systems and automotive data tools. Strong
