LEGAL COUNSEL In this position you will provide optimal support for our Global Legal & Compliance Director in all related matters. Provide practical legal guidance on commercial contracts, leases, supplier agreements (with focus on Austrian manufacturing operations) and retail-related compliance matters Provide ongoing corporate governance support for Austrian listed company such as shareholders/board meeting preparation, public disclosures/filings, and maintenance of corporate records Legal advice and process management for court and arbitration proceedings Responsibility for issues relating to the General Data Protection Regulation (data protection officer/data protection officer) Routine management of various insurance General office organization including file management, contract and document management, filing and deadline control Contact with external lawyers, regulators, and authorities Your Profile: Austria educated/qualified lawyer 2-5 years working experiences Familiar with Austrian corporate laws, experience in Austrian listed companies is a plus Native-level proficiency in German, English proficiency, Italian language proficiency and/or fluency is a plus but is not required MS-Office knowledge In-house legal experience at a luxury fashion product/retail company preferred Team player with a positive and proactive mentality Attention to detail, project management and organizational ability Structured and independent way of working Strong interpersonal and communication skills and willingness to work with an international work environment What We Offer: International and fashion environment A dynamic, international company and pioneer in the field of sustainability and circular economy (Cradle 2 Cradle) Flexible working hours/home office Varied and diverse range of tasks Discount for all employees on Wolford products and merchandise #J-18808-Ljbffr
